1. Platform role
Workly is a platform for vacancies, companies, candidates, application delivery and selected additional services. Workly is not the employer, does not enter into an employment contract with the candidate and does not decide hiring outcomes. Publication does not mean Workly has independently verified every statement in a vacancy. Check employment terms, pay and employer identity directly.
2. Accounts and accuracy
Users provide their own details, protect account access and act for others only with authority. Invented experience, fictitious companies, misleading pay information and unauthorised third-party personal data are prohibited. Rules for minors and representative authorisation must be separately defined in the final version. Unauthorised account access and automated abuse are not allowed.
3. Content and moderation
Users permit use of their materials to the extent needed to display them on the platform and fulfil their ordered service; this is not a full copyright transfer. Fraud, unlawful offers, discrimination, malicious files and spam may be removed and accounts temporarily restricted. Provide a link and supporting material when reporting a problem. An incorrect moderation decision may be submitted for review.
4. Services, responsibility and changes
Prices and service scope must be shown before payment. The platform does not guarantee an interview, employment, a specific view count or email reading. Available status information is provided for delays and failures. These terms do not remove mandatory rights or exclude responsibility for intentional wrongdoing. New versions are dated; agreed terms of prior orders are not arbitrarily changed. Contact the operator first for disputes; lawful remedies remain available.
5. Documents and acceptance
General terms govern platform use; an order description, price and separate confirmation define the specific service. The privacy policy addresses data processing and mass-CV terms address sending instructions. Marketing consent is a separate choice. Browsing does not create a paid order or promotional consent. Electronic acceptance is recorded after an opportunity to read and clearly approve the text. Mandatory rules take precedence, followed by the agreed specific-order terms.
6. Accounts and authority
Users maintain accurate details, do not share passwords and report suspected unauthorised access. Company representatives must be authorised to publish vacancies, receive CVs and order services. Selling accounts and impersonation are prohibited. Incorrect information may require correction. Temporary security restrictions do not automatically remove payment-settlement or data-request rights.
7. Service boundaries
Workly provides technical publication, application transmission and the additional services stated in an order. Employer responses, interviews, employment contracts, salary and hiring decisions are not guaranteed. Site materials are not personalised legal or employment advice. Vacancy moderation is not an absolute safety guarantee. Employment conditions should be verified directly with the employer and suspicious payment demands reported.
8. Permitted use and materials
Spam, phishing, malicious files, fictitious vacancies, unauthorised automated collection, bypassing restrictions and distributing other users’ CVs are prohibited. Rights in uploaded photographs, logos and text remain with their holders; platform use is limited to the service and chosen publication. Unauthorised copying of Workly design and software is prohibited. Infringement reports identify the material and the claimant’s rights.
9. Restrictions and dispute resolution
Violations may result in hidden materials, correction requests or account restrictions. Reasons and a review opportunity are provided where compatible with safety and investigation. Platform failures, provider delays and force majeure are assessed individually rather than excluding all responsibility. Parties first attempt written resolution; access to competent authorities or courts remains available. Terms restricting mandatory consumer rights are not applied.
10. Changes and contact
New versions are published with a date and version number. Material changes are notified with regard to user choices and previous orders. New rates do not retrospectively change confirmed-order prices. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained and old consent does not automatically cover a new processing purpose. Official operator contact: __________; effective date: __________. Until these fields are completed, this remains an approval draft.
