1. Price and order
Service, currency, total amount and limits are shown before payment. Price changes do not automatically change a previously confirmed order. Additional work or sending is agreed separately. Keep the order and payment references. Review any separately stated bank or provider fees before confirmation.
2. Payment confirmation
Card details are processed by the payment provider. Opening a payment page or a bank debit is not identical to Workly order confirmation; the transaction must be checked. Check status before repeating a failed or pending payment. Accidental duplicate payments are reviewed separately.
3. Requesting a refund
Send the operator the order reference, amount, date and reason; a full card number and CVV are not required. Services not started, duplicate payments and technical non-performance are reviewed separately. Partial fulfilment takes actual work and mandatory rights into account. This draft does not declare all payments non-refundable. Response and provider refund timelines must be approved in the final document.
4. Outcomes and disputes
Posting a vacancy and sending a CV do not guarantee interviews, sales or employment. A claim about actual non-performance is nevertheless reviewed separately. An agreed refund uses a method consistent with law and provider rules. These terms do not remove lawful remedies through banks or competent authorities.
5. Payment scope and confirmation
Payment covers the service described in the order rather than a promised outcome. Rates, currency, recipient count or publication duration, extra charges and total are disclosed before confirmation. Applicable bank or provider fees are identified beforehand. Payment methods are offered only when connected. Technical payment acceptance does not automatically replace an invoice or other required document.
6. Wallet balances and duplicate transactions
Wallet top-ups and payment for a specific service are separate transactions. Unused-balance requests require checking the original payment and consumed portion. Bonus withdrawal terms are disclosed beforehand and not silently applied to real-money funds. Duplicate order payments and technical double debits are investigated. Internal-wallet credit does not automatically replace monetary refund rights.
7. Execution stages and calculation
Unstarted, partially performed and completed orders are assessed separately. Partial performance considers actual work, failed portions, agreed pricing units and evidence. Unconditional retention of the entire amount is not intended. Re-performance after operator error is offered only when appropriate and agreed. Compensation or extensions for unavailable publication periods are separately agreed.
8. Procedure and decision
Requests include order number, date, amount, problem description and safe supporting evidence. The operator explains the decision, calculation and proposed resolution in writing. Acknowledgement and response period: __________; bank-processing time is stated according to provider confirmation. Refunds use the original method where possible. Alternative recipients require identity and security checks. CVV, passwords and SMS codes are never required for consideration.
9. Outcomes and preserved rights
Lack of hiring, recipient replies or inbox placement does not alone prove failure of the technical service. It also does not permit unfinished work to be declared completed. Specific commitments in service descriptions and advertising remain relevant. Suspected fraud may require investigation but is not a general basis for indefinite fund retention. Applicable challenge, court and consumer-protection rights remain preserved.
