1. What is ordered
Candidates order distribution of their CV and application to an agreed recipient group; employers order vacancy delivery to a suitable subscriber group. This is not guaranteed employment or candidate selection. Before confirmation, the database type, current recipient count, shared data, price and execution status must be shown. A public contact is not interpreted as permission for mass advertising on any topic.
2. Separate candidate instruction
Proposed confirmation: “I instruct Workly to send my CV, name, contact details and application message to the employer group confirmed in this order. Recipients may contact me using these details. I understand that sending does not guarantee an interview or employment.” This instruction is collected separately from marketing subscription. The CV file, contact details and order parameters are reviewed before confirmation.
3. Sending and status
Execution depends on the queue, moderation and email-provider capacity. “Queued”, “sent”, “provider accepted”, “delivered” and “read” are distinct outcomes. Only technically supported status should be shown. SMTP acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Invalid addresses, full mailboxes, spam filtering and recipient decisions may affect results. Failed attempts, retries and excluded addresses should be distinguished in reports.
4. Stopping, recipients and outcomes
To stop an unsent queue portion, contact the operator with the order number; technical feasibility and financial consequences are checked. A CV already sent cannot be recalled. Recipient refusal of future messages must be reflected in the list; advertising permission and opt-out are implemented separately. This draft does not confirm those mechanisms are operational. Not getting hired is not itself failure to perform sending, but technically unperformed portions and mandatory refund rights are assessed separately.
5. Parties and sending directions
Two directions are possible: sending a candidate-selected CV to employers and sending an employer vacancy to candidates. Each order separately identifies its purpose and recipient group. Recipients must have permission for the relevant purpose or another applicable basis. An employer’s permission to receive CVs does not authorise promotions to candidates. Vacancy subscriptions do not instruct distribution of a candidate’s CV across the whole database.
6. Order confirmation and data package
Before launch, the final CV or vacancy, message, attachments, recipient category, database type, coverage proportion, calculated recipient count and total price are shown for confirmation. Phone and email details inside a CV may be visible to recipients. Recipients’ personal contact lists are not necessarily disclosed to the customer. Removing duplicates, opt-outs and invalid addresses may change the final count; any pricing impact is explained separately.
7. Relevance, selection and restrictions
Occupation, industry, region and language filters apply only when actually available and displayed in order confirmation. Coverage percentage does not guarantee that every recipient fits a particular profession. Random selection, if used, is disclosed. Closed vacancies or outdated records do not create a job guarantee. Non-compliant campaigns or those exceeding permission scope may be paused pending corrections.
8. Execution, retries and statistics
Timing depends on queues, rate limits, provider rules and security checks. Planned start and completion are agreed in the order: __________. Temporary errors may trigger retries, but one successful transmission is not counted repeatedly. Reports confirm only recorded events. Provider acceptance, delivery, opening and response are distinct; unmeasured events are not marked confirmed.
9. Changes and stopping
Files and text can be changed before confirmation. Once queued, changes are agreed only for the technically stoppable portion. A new file does not delete earlier CVs from recipients’ devices. Stop-request time and completed work are recorded. Future-message opt-out, cancellation of a current paid order and personal-data deletion are separate requests. Account closure does not extinguish an existing payment dispute.
10. Customer obligations and outcome
Customers are responsible for accurate information, rights in files and logos and authority when using another person’s CV. Secret orders in a candidate’s name and fictitious vacancies are prohibited. Employers state genuine working conditions and avoid unlawful discrimination. The service does not guarantee hiring or candidate numbers, but the operator must perform the agreed technical work. Unperformed portions are assessed under the refund rules.
