1. Vacancy author
Vacancy authors must confirm authority to act for the company and accuracy of contact details. The role, location, schedule, stated pay and application method are clearly described. A vacancy from an external source does not imply a company partnership with Workly. Companies may request correction of inaccurate listings, unauthorised logos or incorrect contacts.
2. Prohibited offers
Fictitious vacancies, unlawful activity, deception, unjustified fees under promises of hiring, malicious links and discriminatory content are prohibited. Application details must not be used for unrelated marketing or unauthorised databases. Moderation may suspend a listing and request explanations and supporting documents.
3. Candidate-data access
CVs and contacts are used to assess the relevant application. Access within the company is limited to staff who need it. Republication or transfer to another company requires a separate basis. Employers must determine their own retention periods and deletion-request procedure. Workly account access must not be shared with third parties.
4. Packages and complaints
Paid packages concern placement, duration and platform features; a specific candidate count or successful hire is not guaranteed. Changes, cancellation and refunds are reviewed against the order. Complaints about inaccurate content are reviewed using vacancy or order references. Mandatory rights and platform responsibility for its own actions remain.
5. Company information and accuracy
Profiles provide accurate legal or trading names, industry, contacts and representative details. Other companies’ names and logos require authority. An externally sourced listing does not imply partnership or verified-client status. Profile-control requests require representative-authority checks. Name and contact changes should also update published vacancies.
6. Vacancy content
Listings clearly state the role, actual duties, requirements, location, schedule, application method and any advertised pay conditions. Ranges, bonuses and commissions are distinguished from base pay. Sales schemes, pyramids, fictitious credit and paid-course ads disguised as jobs are prohibited. Advance candidate payments for hiring are not permitted. Filled or closed vacancies are promptly updated.
7. CV access and confidentiality
CVs and contacts are available only to authorised recruitment staff. Public CV distribution, sales-database reuse, unconsented advertising and pressure using personal information are prohibited. Employers define their retention and deletion procedures. Transfers to another company or purpose may require a separate basis. An application does not authorise unrestricted distribution throughout a corporate group.
8. Sending and hiring responsibilities
Mass vacancy sending requires a separately confirmed order and relevant candidate permissions. Employers maintain working contacts, accurate content and response handling. Workly is not an employment-contract party and does not provide the employer’s salary, insurance or working conditions. Only recruitment-necessary information should be requested; unjustified sensitive-data requests are inappropriate.
9. Moderation, complaints and packages
The operator may request corrections, investigate reports and temporarily hide unsafe material. Payment does not bypass moderation or authorise unlawful vacancies. Packages specify quantities, duration, promotion and sending separately. Views are not conflated with applications or hires; artificial metrics must not be presented as real-user activity. Removal-related financial consequences are assessed by reason and completed work.
