SAMT — Senior Legal Counsel.

• Participate in the preparation and preliminary legal review of contracts and agreements;
• Assist in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and other legal documents;
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and collect relevant legal information;
• Review and respond to legal inquiries received from internal departments;
• Participate in preparing documents to be submitted to government authorities;
• Assist in preparing documentation related to court proceedings and legal disputes;
• Participate in drafting and reviewing internal corporate documents;
• Maintain and organize records and archives of contracts and other legal documents;
