Financial Chain Corporation — Senior Lawyer.

The Senior lawyer is responsible for the company's legal and compliance framework. The successful candidate will manage and lead a team of compliance associates to address commercial issues in all cross-functional areas, including employment law, contract law, dispute resolution, and business licensing.
Manage legal and compliance services to meet commercial demands from management.
Provide relevant and commercially savvy legal advice.
Drafting legal documents, including Offer Documents, Terms & Conditions, Project Agreements, and other business-related legal matters.
Focus on delivering value to both the company and its shareholders in order to create a win-win situation.
Consult with external panel firms on contractual, commercial, and litigation matters
Manage the department's legal, risk, and audit teams.
Undertakes any other tasks and assignments assigned by management at their discretion.
