The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring full understanding and implementation of contract requirements, project scope, technical specifications, and budgets for production and facility operations. The role focuses on developing projects (scope, timelines, resources), coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress, identifying risks, leading facility improvement projects, overseeing daily production operations, monitoring performance metrics, and managing team development.
Ensure full understanding and implementation of contract requirements, project scope, and technical specifications for the operations
Develop projects including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Track projects progress and ensure on-time, on-budget completion
Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, downtime, and cost
Ensure project work aligns with production needs and minimizes disruptions
Lead facility improvement projects such as equipment installations/upgrades, layout changes/workflow optimization, safety, housekeeping, and efficiency improvements
