Support the planning and execution of campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and collection launches.
Develop, maintain, and manage the execution of the social media content calendar; plan themes, messaging, visual direction, and publishing schedules.
Coordinate content creation, design, publishing, and responses to social media inquiries with internal colleagues and external partners; ensure quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
Coordinate LinkedIn activities and other digital communication channels.
Prepare and manage newsletters, email campaigns, promotional materials, and communications in Azerbaijani and English.
Create presentations, simple promotional visuals, and other day-to-day materials using Canva.
Brief and coordinate designers, content creators, copywriters, and external agencies; track deliverables and suggest improvements.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM records.
