As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing marketing projects, and managing online communities to enhance brand engagement. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams while also ensuring that brand communities are active, engaged, and aligned with brand strategies.
Manage and respond to client requests, assessing their needs and converting opportunities into successful partnerships.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.
Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, and monitor performance
Track client requests and manage project workflows
Maintain and oversee project documentation, ensuring accurate records and smooth information flow between teams.
Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including digital, creative, and events departments, to deliver integrated and high-quality marketing solutions.
