VLand Systems MMC — Lead Legal Specialist.

Monitor, analyze, and assess changes in applicable legislation and regulatory requirements and prepare recommendations for their implementation within the Company;
Inform relevant departments about legislative and regulatory changes and explain their key legal implications;
Ensure the alignment of the Company's internal policies, procedures, regulations, and practices with applicable legislation;
Review and provide legal opinions on policies, procedures, regulations, and contract drafts, recommending necessary amendments where required;
Review draft resolutions, orders, directives, contracts, official letters, and other legal documents for compliance with applicable legislation and the Company's internal regulations;
Draft, review, and conduct legal examination of contracts and standard contract templates, ensuring their compliance with applicable legislation and protection of the Company's interests;
Prepare legal positions and recommendations regarding high-risk, complex, and strategically significant contracts and present them to management;
Participate in the development, review, and implementation of contract templates and related legal documentation;
