IRES — Expediter Officer.
- Review Purchase Orders (POs) and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent potential delays.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm receipt and acknowledgment of Purchase Orders.
- Monitor manufacturing, fabrication, procurement, inspection, shipment preparation, and transportation activities.
- Ensure vendor delivery schedules comply with contractual deadlines and project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Identify potential delivery risks, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and implement delay mitigation measures.
- Monitor shipping documentation and ensure timely readiness for transportation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain information in SAP.
