Requirements (Must-Have)
Advanced / near-native English (C1–C2) — verbal fluency is mandatory
Clear, confident spoken English without long pauses
Fast reaction, strong comprehension, and critical thinking
High level of responsibility and self-discipline
Ability to work independently without supervision
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge (used daily)
Personal computer with stable high-speed internet
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)
Previous call center experience
Sales or upselling experience
Experience working with international or native English-speaking clients
Working Schedule (Baku Time)
Monday – Saturday | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: 400 AZN
During summer time, the shift starts and ends one hour earlier.
