IRES — HSE Officer – Offshore.

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards during offshore operations.
Manage and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Conduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Perform regular HSE inspections, audits, and site safety checks.
Deliver HSE inductions, safety training, and awareness sessions.
Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Safety Stand Downs (SSD).
Monitor subcontractors' HSE performance and compliance.
Identify unsafe conditions, report non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
