Office leasing: tenant acquisition, negotiations, commercial proposals and contracts, market monitoring and CRM reporting. Requires at least 5 years in commercial real estate, higher education, Azerbaijani with Russian and English. Standard hours 09:00–18:00; 4000 AZN and performance-linked bonus.
